Conditions for obtaining service

  • The center should be located within a central commercial organization or longitudinal or exhibitions.
  • The center should be located within a building situated on the main street.
  • The center should have one entrance while considering the public safety standards.
  • The area of the center should be not less than 100 square meters.
  • Providing the service should be limited with a technician for males and a technician for females.

Procedures

  1. Referring to Health Institutions Licensing Department and filling the licensing form for massage centers and attaching the letter of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to state the purpose.
  2. Referring to the register of Health Professions and Institutions Licensing Directorate to document the application and transferring it to the director of Health Professions and Institutions Licensing Directorate to review and transfer the application to the Health Institutions Licensing Department.
  3. Transferring the form with the required documents to Health Institutions Licensing Department.
  4. Providing the applicant with an official approval letter on registering the purpose.
  5. Referring to Health Institutions Licensing Department and providing the documents of commercial register and trade name.
  6. Studying the application by the committee of massage centers licensing and preparing the correspondences of security approvals.
  7. When the security approval is delivered, an appointment is scheduled to conduct the field inspection and prepare the report about that.
  8. If the equipment of the center complies with the requirements of the regulation of practicing the profession of massage No. 20 of 2005, the applicant pays the fees in the Finance Section. Preparing an official letter signed by the Minister with approval on licensing and work commencement.

  1. An official letter from the Ministry of Industry and Trade stating the purpose.
  2. A copy of title deed or lease contract.
  3. Organizational location plan.
  4. Land plan.
  5. Area plan of the center.
  6. A copy of practicing professions certificate for technicians.
  7. A copy of commercial register and trade name.
  8. Copy of ID for the applicant.
